ΔΙΚΑΙΩΜΑΤΑ ΔΙΑΝΟΗΤΙΚΗΣ ΙΔΙΟΚΤΗΣΙΑΣ / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Το ΓΤΠ είναι ο ιδιοκτήτης των δικαιωμάτων πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας (ΔΠΙ) της ιστοσελίδας αυτής καθώς και μέρους του περιεχόμενου της. / The PIO is the owner of the intellectual property rights (IPR) of this website, as well as part of its content.

Η ιστοσελίδα περιέχει αρχείο του ΓΤΠ το οποίο έχει διαμορφωθεί σε μια βάση δεδομένων (Βάση Δεδομένων) και επιτρέπεται η χρήση της ΜΟΝΟ για ιδιωτικό ή ερευνητικό σκοπό που δεν αποσκοπεί άμεσα ή έμμεσα σε οποιοδήποτε εμπορικό ή οικονομικό όφελος. / The website contains an archive of the PIO, which has been designed as a database (Database), and its use is permitted ONLY for private or research purposes which are not for direct or indirect economic or commercial advantage.

Σε περίπτωση που υφίσταται ανάγκη για χρήση άλλη από την προαναφερόμενη, θα πρέπει να απευθυνθείτε στο communications@pio.moi.gov.cy για να συμφωνηθεί ειδική άδεια χρήσης. / In the event that there is a need for a use other than the afore-mentioned, you will need to contact communications@pio.moi.gov.cy in order to request a special licence.

Αυτοί οι όροι πρόσβασης και χρήσης διέπονται από τους Νόμους της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας της οποίας τα Δικαστήρια έχουν αρμοδιότητα για οποιοδήποτε θέμα ή διαφορά σε ή σχετικά με αυτούς. / These terms of use and access are governed by the Laws of the Republic of Cyprus of which the Courts have jurisdiction for any issue or dispute arising out of or in relation to them.
